This project is located in Qingdao, China, and is designed for the efficient shredding and separation of paper mill waste. To handle mixed and complex materials such as paper waste and twisted ropes, a complete shredding and sorting system was implemented, integrating a double shaft shredder, magnetic separation, and conveying equipment.
Solution & Process
Paper mill waste often contains a mixture of soft materials, impurities, and entangled components like ropes, making it difficult to process efficiently. This project adopts a complete system solution:
- Primary Shredding:
The double shaft shredder reduces bulky waste into smaller, manageable pieces with strong tearing force and high torque. - Magnetic Separation:
Ferrous metals are automatically removed from the shredded material, improving material purity and protecting downstream equipment. - Material Conveying:
The conveying system ensures smooth and continuous material transfer between each stage, enhancing overall workflow efficiency.
The integrated system operates at a capacity of 10–30 tons per hour, meeting the needs of medium to large-scale paper recycling facilities.
Project Advantages
- Integrated system combining shredding, separation, and conveying
- High adaptability to mixed and complex waste materials
- Efficient removal of metal impurities via magnetic separation
- Stable operation at high capacity (10–30 T/h)
- Continuous and automated processing workflow
Customer Value
This solution significantly improves the efficiency of paper mill waste processing while reducing manual sorting and operational costs. By enhancing material separation and recyclability, the system supports more sustainable waste management and resource recovery.
