Large-item Waste Recycling System

Bulky waste is collected and transported to the bulky waste crushing and processing center. A chain conveyor transports the bulky waste to a primary crusher, where it is crushed into smaller pieces. An iron separator separates out metals such as wire and iron sheets. Other materials are conveyed by a belt conveyor to a secondary crusher for further crushing. The crushed material is then further separated by a magnetic separator to remove iron components. Other crushed material is conveyed by a belt conveyor to an air separator, which further screens the materials according to their weight. Lighter materials such as sponge and leather are conveyed to a baling machine. The entire system is sealed and dust-free.

Materials processed: Waste furniture, waste mattresses, waste sofas, wooden crates, tree trunks (diameter 30-100mm, length not exceeding 1 meter), etc.
