Biomass Pre-treatment System for Power Plant

The biomass straw resource utilization system adopts a modular combination of "coarse crushing + drum screening + fine crushing" equipment. The straw and sand screening rate is ≥95%, and the crushed straw particle size is 30-50mm with a qualification rate of ≥95%. A PLC electrical control system enables fully automated crushing, soil removal, and impurity removal. The entire line is sealed and dust-free, reducing dust pollution and improving the on-site working environment.

Processing capacity: 2-20 tons/hour (different equipment models are configured according to processing requirements)

Processed materials: Rice straw, bamboo, wood, corn straw, sorghum straw, bean straw, fruit shells, sugarcane bagasse, palm shells, etc.
